Bible Study

Purpose

Whether your have much, little, or no experience at all reading Scripture, we invite you to join us to draw closer to Christ, learn about the Bible, meet other members of the parish, and grow in our lives as Christians. Our format combines traditional study of Scripture, with attention to its historical background and theological content, with elements of lectio divina that emphasize prayer, careful contemplation of the inspired writings, and application to our lives through the Spirit's prompting. Even if you are unsure about joining regularly, have never been to a Bible study before, or are investigating your faith, Christianity, or the Church, we invite you to join us for this wonderfully enriching experience.

Regular Meetings

We meet from 8pm until 9:15pm on Wednesday evenings in the priory, the yellow brick building just south of the church. Knock on the front door and it shall be opened to you. ** NB: The St. Mary's bible study group is on summer hiatus until Wednesday, August 30th, 2017**
